FXCM Plans to Acquire Boston Technologies

Yesterday, news reports related to the foreign exchange industry revealed that FXCM is planning to acquire the US based client accounts under FXDD. Thus, today, large numbers of experts involves in providing Forex tools have taken follow up of various resources availed by FXDD from the acquisition deal and remain good at the acquisition. Despite, the company has sold the portfolio of its US client; it nowhere remains close to leave its business related to retail foreign exchange. 


Particularly, the company is seeking towards acquisition of Boston Technologies, as it has started exploring itself in the steady way since last many years to achieve eventually the revenue stream equal to 20 million dollars. Its success has also drawn constant attention, as sources remain close to the matter have given confirmation to news agencies that FXDD is planning to acquire well-known Boston Technologies. 


After the resolution caused to the dispute related to ownership during the last February in between two BT founders named George Popescu and Kevin Millen, the entire case has completely resolved with the court order, which mandated Mr. Millen to transfer the share to another partner Mr. George to make him major owner of the entire company.

Here, the technology will provide its SYOB i.e Start Your Own Brokerage platform or Forex solutions as mostly likely arise from the medium of FXDD. 


George Popescu, the CEO of Boston Technologies stated, “Since the founding of the company we have received at least once a week an investment or acquisition offer.
